Among them, JINNIANHUI TECHNOLOGIES CO.,LTD. has held this title for consecutive years, while the subsidiary, SmartCmeta Material Technologies Co., Ltd. , newly applied and successfully obtained the certification. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Evaluation Measures for Technology-Oriented SMEs" (Guo Ke Fa Zheng [2017] No. 115) and the "Guidance on Evaluation Services for Technology-Oriented SMEs " (Guo Ke Huo Zi [2022] No. 67), after undergoing procedures such as self-evaluation by enterprises, formal review, and public announcement by provincial science and technology management departments, five companies of MSTN Group—JINNIANHUI TECHNOLOGIES CO.,LTD., its subsidiaries SpaceDicon Technologies Company(Beijing & Anhui), MSTN (Tianjin) Catalyst Co., Ltd., and SmartCmeta Material Technologies Co., Ltd.—were successfully selected for the 2025 list of Technology-Oriented SMEs due to their outstanding R&D investment, technological innovation capabilities, and strength in transforming scientific and technological achievements into practical applications.
